hate the holiday, but I don't know. There's something really unique about it that's fascinating

and bizarre and weird and I think everybody of all ages always finds it very, very interesting.

But more importantly, I think you're going to find this podcast even more interesting with

Aries Spears. I've known him for a long time. And he's very complicated and unique artist very very talented has been doing

things his way for a long time and i've seen him throughout the years and it's incredible what he can

do to a crowd when he's on stage and the power and the force.

know when I think of aries I think of a guy who I've known since he was like 15 or 16 years old

and he was killing it back then. He kills it on stage now.

And I always saw him as a guy who was unique, interesting,

but also had a lot of things on his mind and a lot of things working

in his consciousness about his comedy and his personal life

and his goals and aspirations.

Sometimes being an artist in this comedy world is very challenging because you're very,

very driven, but you also have other factors in your life that get in the way.

And it could be argued that we're the people who create our own destiny, were the bosses
