I look out at the faces and I'm glad you're all here and it's really going to be a wonderful, wonderful show with my guests who I'm so honored who's going to be

here, Howie Mandel. And as you know, I want to thank you all for coming and I want to thank

you all out there for being a part of this show. I get so excited about it, so emotional. I feel

like I'm really emotional now because you get invited

back to Montreal for a second time in three years and that's all you want if you're at

your job or whatever you do for a living. You want to make sure that people want you.

They want to have you here. they want you around, and it means a lot.

And whatever job you're in, that's the goal.

You want to make yourself valuable.

You want to be of value to whoever you're working for even if you're working for yourself

and I think of Howie Mandel and I do get emotional when I think about Howie Mandel because

I think it's something that I've said on the podcast when I was at Boston University for the first time.

I went there and I didn't know anything about anybody or anything and my first class was in this huge

auditorium. The biggest class I ever had was maybe 20 people. And I get there, and there's this
