And I say, oh no, not because I'm ashamed or embarrassed, not at all.

It's funny, I really resist talking about myself and my life in public, especially my personal life.

I think other public scientists and public intellectuals, like two of my

dearest friends, Peter a tear and Andrew Huberman, they're so much better at it than me,

And I don't quite know why, if wishing to keep my personal life private is some deep rooted issue, maybe it is,

maybe I'm just trying to convince myself of that and I should convert to their model

but I think it's simply because in truth I'm

Naturally a very shy person by nature and

Part of it is I just don't want to burden people in the public with mat related things. I think there's so much more interesting stuff to talk about in science and medicine and particularly in sleep science,

then to hear about me and my life, it's infinitely more fascinating, not to mention so much more important, but I should probably at least try to answer some part of this question, correct?
