Summary

Happy Tuesday! It’s time for another episode of Ask Rob & Rob, where we dive into your property questions.  (0:42) Eager to kickstart her property journey, Natalie’s thinking of borrowing against her family home and switching to an interest-only mortgage to buy her first buy-to-let. She turns to Rob & Rob to see if it’s a smart move – what will they say?  (4:30) As a landlord himself, Glenn's frustrated by his vulnerable neighbour’s poor living conditions due to the neglect of the property by the landlord and asks if there's an authority where rogue landlords can be reported.   Enjoy the show?  Leave us a review on Apple Podcasts - it really helps others find us!  Sign up for our free weekly newsletter, Property Pulse  Send us your question by calling us on 013 808 00035 and leaving a message with your name and question (normal UK call rates apply) or click here to leave a recording via your computer instead.  Find out more about Property Hub Invest

option generally anyway to benefit everyone, even

2:02.2

those without that perk. So should you remortgage your home to invest in property? It will so
