Oakland, San Francisco area, for all the listeners up in Sacramento, hide your ears. Don't close

your ears. Don't not click and listen. Don't fast forward. This is for you, Vegas.

They are working hard.

They are doing PR statements.

They are having people out talking to the media, talking to the fans, getting everyone

jacked up for the groundbreaking of a new $1.75 billion stadium due to break ground in June of 2025

to open in April of 2008. And they want to make sure that you're not worried about a thing.

They sent out their new team president to let you know that they are on sketch,

to let you know that they've got the best people and they're working every day.

I worked every day to get a new ballpark, not for three years or four

years or five years. Hold on. Let me think. Ten years every day I did something for a ballpark.

And when construction started in about July of 2009, the plan was that I'd be down on site or doing meetings
