Hello and welcome to the manifest podcast where we explore the

transformative power of manifestation spirituality, metaphysics, and of course

personal growth. I'm your host to Sarah Proust. You may have heard of me before I've

written a book that has sold over 150,000 copies. It's called Dear

Universe and I'm also a manifestation mentor. I get to work with some pretty cool people and I have recently decided to embrace two new badges of honor or labels if you will, one is intuitive and the second is artist, which I kind of fluctuate between in different seasons throughout the year. I kind of hide it and then going back to the

fundamental essence of who I am. I am an artist. And so today this topic that we

diving into is very near and dear to my heart and that is divine

feminine energy. This energy is essential to understanding our true selves, our true nature, and embracing the powerful nurturing aspects of our

being.

And so I want to really

quite confronting to really quite confronting to acknowledge within myself

but I've come to realize how crucial it is to embrace this

energy in my life and in my work and the specific ways that I've blocked it.

When I am overwhelmed or I'm tired or I'm coming from a place of fear or resistance, I tend to activate

my masculine energy and get a little bit rough around the edges and then it's all about the softening

into the present moment that actually serves me the most.

And so I've really learned from trial and error and this is what's helped me to cultivate a deeper sense of intuition and discernment,

compassion, creativity and a deep sense of flow.

And so I'm excited to share these insights with you today. So first we begin with

understanding divine feminine energy. So what exactly, divine feminine energy.

And so what I want to remind you of is that at its core, divine feminine energy represents

intuitive, nurturing, creative forces within all of us.
