So with that being said, let's dive in. into your reality.

So with that being said, let's dive into today's topic which is how to channel the future

version of you in the now. How to channel the future version of you in the now. Because as we know, and

this is something that I have to constantly not only remind myself of, but my clients and my students, is that everything

is energy, meaning that everything is an energetic transmission.

Everything oscillates at a specific frequency.

And so when you open up that channel, a vision of intuitive insight and foresight and hindsight,

then you can begin to really see things shift in your life.

So one thing that I am very adamant about reminding people is to set powerful intentions.

There's no point.

There really is no point channeling or projecting or connecting with a future version of yourself if you're not

clear on where you want to go.

And to be as compassionate as possible, there are many reasons why people are blocked when it comes to truly envisioning and embodying the intention setting process.

It can often be very overwhelming and you may not know where to start or you may not feel worthy enough or capable of dreaming really big dreams for yourself or alternatively you're okay having you know what you need and not an excessive amount of things.
