Hi sister, we are set to record today but you've got a sick kid and so we're not going

to record today but you had a great idea.

So one of our most beloved episodes this year has been the one where I couldn't make it

to you and we did voice notes back and forth to each other and for whatever reason when

I say most beloved what I mean is like four people this week mentioned it to me so I

think it was a sign that we should do another one so let's do it for this.

We were going to talk about Wakanda forever and both of us have gone to see it and we

have a tradition, a one movie tradition of reviewing Wakanda movies, Black Panther.

And this one was, there was a lot happening with this one so I'm excited to talk with

you about it.

I'm excited to hear what you thought about it and I wonder if we should do like I'm

structurally, I feel like maybe first we can talk about how they did it sort of honoring

Chadwick Boseman's legacy because that devastated and floored me but yeah I'd like to talk

about how they did it that and then what else was awesome about the movie and then things

that we feel critical about or things that we wish for the Wakanda universe because

that's kind of how I'm holding it.

So first of all yeah so let me know if that premise sounds good to you and then if it

does we can dive right in or I have to not do okay so I will not do the Wakanda accent

at any point during this with no recording, I promise.

I went to see the movie again and you know I know that you are a full-time mother right

now but I also feel like I really want to hear what you think about it so yeah a little
