Hi and welcome to episode 247 of Art Juice.

And today we are going to catch up with Alice who has been on what looks like it might be a bit of a life-changing trip.

So she's just got back and we haven't a chance to discuss topics or anything.

And I said, I think it would be really interested

to learn about why it's been such a significant trip.

Alice is worried you'll all be bored,

but I'm saying you won't be because this will be really interesting I think.

So we won't do what have you been up to because you've been up to going on this trip. I'll very quickly tell you what I've been up to and then we'll get into what we want to talk about. So I have, I'm so proud that between myself and my little team we've come up with a completely new design for my membership.

We already reorganized all the content, but the way the software works, it's not very exciting to look at and it didn't really make it clear for everybody.

And so we've got a template and we've just completely redesigned everything.

When I say we, I mean Carrie on my team who's done an amazing job

and that's almost ready.

So I'm getting ready to go away today, but when I get back, there'll be about a week that we're really tweaking that. And if you're an art tribe member, I can't wait to share that with you. I think.

And apart from that, I really, I finished a small series of abstract paintings that I was working on.

I kind of, when I say I finished, I decided they were finished you know when you make that decision it's like yeah that's done I'm not a bit like you said I'm not in the mood for selling so they're just there I don't know when I'll feel like doing that but and I've been

packing because tonight I head out for the airport to stay overnight to go away

for two weeks so I'm really looking forward to that.

But where are you going? Tell us quickly where you're going. I'm going to California.

I'm going to Salaileita, which is near San Francisco and I'm going to do some painting and I'm going to stay in a little houseboat and I'm going to stay on a little houseboat and for anybody who's asked if I can meet up while we're there

I'm really apologetic but the time is pretty much spoken for and I am trying to have as well a bit of arrest
