Happy Monday, my beautiful level up, fam.

Last week we spoke about happiness.

And that's something that most of us search for and chase our

entire lives. Happiness, you know, guess who has the ability to make you happy? You.

Happiness is an inside job. And once we realize that, our outside world changes. So I am always reading many books, many of them at the

same time, and I believe a few episodes back, we were talking about the miracle equation by

Hal Elrod. And it's literally life. It's the exact formula I used to build my business.

And it's one of those books that you could read a thousand

times and it's a light bulb moment all over again. So often we look around, right? We look up,

we wonder what more we could do. We wonder why we aren't where we desire. And then boom,

you read something like this and you're like, oh, oh, okay, maybe I should

take a good, hard look inside of me.

Maybe it's time to get real with myself.

Maybe we need a little one-on-one kick our own ass moment.
