Joe has had an amazing career spanning over 25 years and counting.

She started her career as a forensic scientist for the Scottish Police Services Authority

before moving to the Homicide Division of the Forensic Science Service in London.

From there, Joe did a short stint with the specialist forensic division

and the Metropolitan Police before moving into the private sector and now runs her own consultancy

And if that wasn't impressive enough, in 2016, Joe joined the advisory panel for Inside Justice,

My first and I guess the most obvious question is, what made you choose forensic science as a career path?

I've actually wanted to be a forensic scientist since I was a kid.

So that's my career path.

And it was something that was in my DNA, no pun intended.

But there was a program that was probably around in the 1980s.

And me and my mum used to watch it.
