Happy Monday, my amazing level up family.

So last week, we spoke about growth mindset versus fixed mindset.

We went over the differences of each and the characteristics

of each one of them. Our mindset is the foundation of our growth and the culture that we create

in our organizations, our companies, our teams, and ultimately our success. This week, we're going to be talking about

belief. And this, if you know anything about me, belief is my love language so much, right?

Whether it's success, confidence, it all comes back to the core of belief. Our level of success is a direct reflection

on our level of belief. Belief is like a muscle. We could build it every single day,

again, going back to growth mindset. Leaders with a growth mindset, we believe we can improve.

We can learn new skills.

We can be and do anything we want.

And belief has so many layers, so many components, so many different qualities to believe in, right, to kind of make us whole.

So when it comes to success, we're going to talk about four areas of belief that are huge and play a really big role in how we,

or I should say, the level that we level up. So number one, belief in your company. Who do you represent?

What company do you represent? And maybe you're a student. So your company is you or maybe it's you as an

athlete or you applying to college. So I'm talking about a company for this particular thing,

but belief in your company. Who do you represent? Right? I'm asking you a hypothetical question.
