Hi everybody, welcome back to the Be There 5 Podcast, I'm Kate Kennedy, your host.

So the past few months I've been wanting to try out a concept called Beth's in Show,

you know, Plan Best in Show, but also just, I feel like on podcast people interview a lot

of public-facing people, a lot of times the same people, and that's wonderful and important.

But also, I have this whole audience of really interesting people with experiences and hobbies

and obsessions and rabbit-holy spirits, and I thought it would be fun to start interviewing

some of you guys and having you in the show, predominantly as a, as Patreon bonus content,

because I, I do think it is a weird experience to hear yourself, A, talking, B, putting

on a platform dealing with any feedback you get from that, and I, I don't know, I want

to protect you guys from the bullshit I deal with, but also, I wanted to be like a fun

community thing where people can comment on the posts and people aren't intimidated

to kind of just allow one of their quirky interests to shine.

So a lot of these will be on Patreon, especially throughout Matt Leave, because I just, I'm,

if I'm having this baby like semi soon, I just don't know what to expect.

I might have all the things to say and all the content to make.

I might, you know, need some backup, so we're just, we're preparing accordingly.

And anyway, so a lot of these will be on Patreon once I have time to like edit and

prepare them, but today on the main feed, I wanted to share two of the earliest ones

what I always want to represent on this podcast, like we can be both, we can care about
