do you kind of mean when we talk about energy efficiency measures in both kind of domestic and

kind of commercial settings? Ben, could you just outline what those kind of measures are and how they

might have an impact on kind of measures are and how they might have an

impact on kind of on bills in the future?

Sure. Thanks for the question. So energy efficiency is kind of what we normally could call

the first few. So what you can do in order to reduce your energy consumption is actually

the best way of solving the energy crisis

and finding ways to solve the constant pressure we have on energy consumption in buildings

and across the main board.

And so what kind of specifically, so things like, I guess, changing people's boilers

or servicing them or bringing in kind of more efficient appliances.

What are the kind of things that individuals can do in that sense to kind of bring down those bills?
