and give an account of how we have handled all of the resources he has put in our hands. Let's listen intently to learn how

God expects us to steward his resources.

Some weeks ago, we began our study of stewardship. We started in 1st Corinthians chapter 4 and

verse number 1, where the Bible says

that we are stewards of the mysteries of God. And I said to you early on that the greatest

stewardship we have is the stewardship of the gospel and of God's truth. We have talked about

the stewardship of time and the stewardship of talent, the stewardship of our

temple, the stewardship of our treasure, the stewardship of our testimony and the stewardship

of our trials.

But now we come to this one.

And it is not last in this list because it is least.

It is last because it is most. It is last because it is most.

It is the stewardship of the truth.

The greatest thing you have is that which will live into eternity.

There's only two eternal things on this planet today.

That's the souls of men and the eternal word of the living God.
