Hello, everybody. Welcome. Happy Thursday. Okay, at the top of the show. I just want to apologize

because I know that the last month, you know, my content hasn't been, you know, as exhilarating

and exciting because I understand that people's health journey sometimes is just boring as shit.

And that's sort of all I've been focusing on right now. So I feel like I'm kind of on a loop a little

bit of what I've been talking about. So again, I apologize. But I will say for the majority

of you who have been listening to me since I looked back

2017, I mean, that's literally like, what, eight years. It's crazy to me that you guys

have been sort of on this ride with me for so many years. And, you know, I mean, it's just,

it's normal to have really shitty times and

great times. And, you know, it's a roller coaster. And in my stage and phase right now,

I'm just a little bit more boring. But I'm sure that's going to change very soon.

But I did want to tell you guys a story.

Okay, so it's a very sweet story and has some funny components,

and I'm sure one person will be annoyed by it, but it is what it is.
