And I saw what you had planned for the cocktail.

And I cannot wait to try it.

So let's talk about this amazing thing that's sitting in front of us.

This is a Blackberry bourbon smash.

I love it.

And it's just, I thought this was still like a nice little chili. This was under

like a winter cocktail category and we're getting perhaps our last cool breeze kind of a weekend

for a long time. The temperature is supposed to go up around these parts. But I thought we could

squeeze in one more winter-esque drink.

So I like it.

This is just Blackberry jam actually or preserves. And you can use any kind of like berry preserves, the recipe said.

So that and bourbon, orange juice, triple sec.

And then that's kind of all shaken up in a shaker, and then you top it

with some sparkling water, and then orange slice on top. So it's kind of festive looking. It is.

It is. It's really cute. And it's Friday night. It is. We don't usually podcast on Friday night.

No, I know. It's kind of different. Huge sense of freedom right now.
