for us and this is actually in honor of our podcasting guru Matthew

Amster Burton oh yeah um he said that he loves a good dark and stormy with extra lime and this is

in honor of him because I um he and Molly Weisenberg have an awesome podcast spilled milk. It's one of my

very favorite podcasts. It's the first one I ever listened to on your recommendation. I think mine

too. And he was, I just sent an email saying that we were getting started and I had been

inspired by their podcast and he was

just so generous with advice and gave us equipment recommendations and settings recommendations.

So the good quality of our podcast is in part to him.

It does. But it's delicious. It's really good.

I am a huge fan of Captain Morgan.

And so, yeah, so the dark and stormy.

I'd never made one before, but it's actually pretty straightforward.

It's ginger beer, which we had on hand back from our hometown shandies, and rum.

I use some Captain Morgan and some lime. It's really good.

And do you know, does it have to be a dark rum, like a darker rum, since it's called

a dark and stormy? I believe so. And actually, I wasn't exactly sure what to get. I've seen some

...
