Scheer has written eight books, including two this decade: "The Great American Stickup: How Reagan Republicans and Clinton Democrats Enriched Wall Street while Mugging Main Street," and his newest book is "They Know Everything about You: How Data-Collecting Corporations and Snooping Government Agencies Are Destroying Democracy." He is a clinical professor of communications at the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism at the University of Southern California. He has interviewed Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and others.
