There's so much history here that you've

covered and it's so clear that you've done a huge amount of work to get to the point of this book.

Thank you. And I appreciate you shining a light on these issues. You know, a lot of, you know,

the research that I did when I went back, you know, to the 40s and 50s, I was really surprised by what I found.

And I just thought to myself, you know, there was a lot of people in this industry who need to better understand how and why we got here so that we can change it.
