What's going on, Freaks? This is obviously a bonus episode and it is a bonus episode from the labeled podcast, which is another one I've been doing.

It's not new in that. I've been doing the label podcast now for, I don't know, I think it's been over four years, I've been doing that.

And it's really just an extension of me

being interested and curious about the dynamics of bands as, you know, organic groups that have their own

DIY forms of leadership and problem solving. And I'm always curious about that. It's just kind of something I study and you

know what's the history of these bands, what makes them last or not last, what's

the interesting stories, who are these characters. That's the kind of thing I do

there and we do a lot of stuff that's in the kind of thing I do there. And we do a lot of stuff that's

in this kind of world from Emory, Songs and Stories, Bad Christian. We talk about

faith and stuff like that. This episode is with Garrett from Silent Planet, who's a fascinating and philosophical kind of

guy. So I get to do conversations like that over there that don't really get to

do here. It scratches some itch that we used to get on bad Christian that isn't really here.
