Summary

Tonight’s guest, Bama Murdock, is a Sasquatch researcher who is well known, in the Sasquatch community, for his analytic way of looking at Sasquatch encounters. He’s far from an armchair researcher, also. He takes fairly regular trips to camp, solo, at the Land Between the Lakes, and other Bigfoot hotspots. While he hasn’t had a Sasquatch sighting of his own yet, he does collect sightings eyewitnesses have had. For tonight’s special show, I’ve invited to him to share some sightings he’s collected. 0:18.0	Alabama and over the years I lived in the state of Tennessee and eventually had what I thought was some
0:27.4	experiences and that's what kind of got me into the Bigfoot world in the first place. And I always say this when I talk to anybody about this
0:36.0	and you know, I always say that I really have stood on the shoulders of giants as it comes to the Bigfoot world. I've had some good mentors that were
0:50.0	educated and smart. Those are two completely different things.
0:56.5	And they really taught me a lot and let me in on a lot of things.
1:01.6	So that's really helped me out over the years. So that's kind of how I've been in it over the years. And I've slowed down a lot. I don't do as much as I used to, but, you know, for a while there, I occasionally do podcast, and I've even done my own
1:18.7	podcast because I like to interview people. I was a police officer for over 20 years.
1:26.6	So there's been instances where things have been going on
1:30.4	that they've asked me to go out to someone's home to maybe speak to them about it and take a look
1:36.3	around or something like that. I have some crime scene background over the years and I enjoy that. I like speaking to people, you know, about things
1:47.5	are going on. And most times there's nothing. Sometimes there is something. There's really more funny stories than there
1:56.3	are serious stories, but when I was still living in Tennessee, I had been speaking to some friends down here that were childhood friends.
2:07.6	And just out of the blue, one of me sent a text one day and said something like,
2:14.0	are you in the Bigfoot or something along that line?
2:18.0	And I say, and I always joke and say this, I said, I am, I go,
2:21.0	if you believe in that kind of thing and she said well I know
2:26.3	several people down here that have seen them over the years and these ended up
2:30.6	being people that I knew, which was neat.
