Good afternoon, everyone, is Dr. Niagara again, our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

As always, I start each episode with sincere gratitude for all the followers that we have worldwide.

This is the highlight of my week.

Julie is actually with me today, and she's going to jump on a few things that we want to cover.

But thank you to all of us, all of you guys who follow us and contact me.

I try to get back to everybody as quickly and the best that I can,

and I thoroughly enjoy doing this and sharing our knowledge and our collective experiences and education in a field that I have devoted my life to.

And I find nothing but satisfaction and gratification in being able to educate and demystify,

legitimize, destigmatize, and emphasize there is hope in this nebulous field of mental health.

So I'm continuing on this journey of borderline personality disorder.

Don't worry, I have tons of other topics, but I've spoke with a lot of people and met with a lot of people for consultations and various situations,

even though we're not treating anyone,

coming from a different perspective

where a lot of the earlier episodes,

I did my best to kind of give an accurate depiction

of what borderline personality disorder is.

And I've said this multiple times that it is a disorder that I truly believe is much more

common than what is listed in the DSM is something I encounter frequently.

It's probably one of the disorders that I get the most phone calls about,

that people come from all over the world for me to evaluate them,

which is truly humbling and much gratitude and appreciation.
