Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Nigro again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

Apologies for getting this up a day late. I had a great family day yesterday, which kind of detracted from my own mindset.

Hence, I'm doing the podcast on Monday. And a heartfelt thank you to several of the families who came from

different parts of the country this past weekend. I had a great time with you guys doing

evals interacting with you. And you guys went to some cool places in Boston and in

different parts of Massachusetts. So many things. and I always try to make sure I I start each one of these episodes

with the gratitude and humility and appreciation for allowing allowing myself

and at various points Julie to come into your lives and be a part of your own mental health journey,

whether you are someone suffering with a diagnosable mental health condition,

you are in relation with somebody with a diagnosable mental health condition,

you are a student or practitioner in the field. That's been really fun

talking to students who have gotten into graduate programs, and I know coordinating the timing

of getting in contact with each other. We went out texting and emailing back and forth,

but for those of you who I'm not

connected with, at least by phone, in terms of the actual conversation, keep reaching out to me

and texting me is always the best way to get a hold of me. It's a little tough, still trying

to figure out how to reach our audience on the other side of the world with Australia, New Zealand,

but we'll figure it out as we go.

But again, thank you, as always, for your continued support,

and I appreciate the comments and the feedback and the suggestions.
