So one of the best books in understanding and working with

borderline personality, if you're in relationship with somebody, is the book Stop Walking on

eggshells. It is an invaluable source, an invaluable tool in being able to effectively navigate.

This is not for the individual with borderline personality.

This is for individuals who are in relationships with people with borderline personality disorder.

And I really like how the book and the corresponding workbook, both of which you can get on Amazon, again, here I go with the free advertising again.

But I think this is well worth it because this, in my opinion, is one of the most misdiagnosed, underdiagnosed, dismissed sometimes disorders, especially in the personality disorders.

And I just want to clarify that, yes, you can diagnose personality disorders in children and adolescents with the exception of antisocial personality disorders.

And I've seen this too many times where it becomes frustrating to the extent that people are walking around
