that January 23rd hearing for Brian Coburger. This testimony revolves around the investigative genetic

genealogy testing that was done. Now, the judge has ruled this DNA will stay in and also ruled

the data from Apple, Google, Amazon, Brian's apartment in Washington, as well as his parents' home in Pennsylvania will stay in.

The judge said Coburger's constitutional rights were not violated and law enforcement behaved properly.
