Summary

JP Miller has been sued by a woman who says he sexually assaulted her when she was a minor and again in 2023. Before we get to her filing, we are reading through an affidavit by his ex-wife, who gives a lot of insight into the JP she knew, which leads into the alleged victim's filing.

I say allegedly a lot because JP is allegedly sue happy and wants to be a millionaire suing everyone - per his wife's affidavit. Allegedly.

0:07.4	Hope you guys are having a good day so far. I'm going to be doing a couple of episodes about these new filings against J.P. Miller here in South Carolina down at Myrtle Beach with a victim who has come forward saying that she was sexually assaulted by him when

0:30.0	of get her story out. I think it really ties into the filing with the victim because he admitted to his
0:37.0	wife allegedly that he did abuse underage
0:40.5	girls in his role at the church. By the way, not a lot of footage of him that's not from another

0:53.0	him. This affidavit was filed last May by his
0:58.2	former wife. I'm not going to name her here, but it says I was formerly married to the defendant,
1:03.7	John Paul Miller, JP, for approximately 16 years prior to our divorce in 2016. During our marriage, we had four children, two of whom are now
1:13.7	emancipated. Our two minor children, one born in 2008 and the other in 2009, are the subject
1:20.9	matter of this litigation. Since the filing of our final order or ending action on October 30,
1:30.2	2015, there has been a substantial change in circumstance that warrants modification of our prior final order as fully set forth
1:36.9	in my verified complaint, which was modification of custody, child support, and alimony
1:42.2	filed in this action. I'm providing this affidavit in support
1:46.0	of my verified motion for an ex parte order and expedited temporary hearing. I have a lot of
1:53.3	evidence to support the concerns and allegations contained in my verified complaint in motion.
1:59.0	However, until such time as proper safety measures are in place,
2:03.2	I'm strictly limiting the amount of information shared in this affidavit and provided to the court.
2:09.0	This affidavit should be read in conjunction with the affidavit I previously filed with the court
2:13.9	to allow a full understanding of the facts and circumstances surrounding my marriage
