superior and inferior parathyior paryroids.

What can you tell me first off about the superior parathiroids?

Yeah, so the superior parathiroids are posterior

and lateral to the recurrent laryngial nerve

and they originate from the fourth pharyngeal pouch.

So think superior is a bigger number four.
