What's up, guys? I would assume that most of you have noticed because we found out that we changed our intro music, Nick.

I knew that. I don't think I've listened to the beginning of the podcast, but I've heard word that we've changed the intro music. So if you're if you're wondering what's going on,

that is the case. That is not a mistake. That's new interim music. We wanted to switch things up.

You know, a fresh new year, fresh new sound, fresh new minor craftsman. But today, we have PJ Antenic,

I believe. That's how you say his last name. We had him on from Heart of Oak

TV, his show, Heart of Oak Development. We had him on right during COVID, March 2020, was the last

we had spoken to him. And he was just in the midst of full-time spec building. And as the markets change, as life has changed,

four or five years later, business has changed. He has a different path right now. He's still

dabbling in that spec world some, but he's found a newer way that provides him with a little

bit more comfort, peace of mind, and security when it comes to income.

So we dig into that, dig into some of the challenges that he was facing with spec building,

a current project that he has going on in Nantucket and just this new path that he's taking in business.

And that he's just, he's open to opportunity right if the if the right

opportunity comes along he is not going to say no to a shiny carrot as he says so really great
