Are you one of those people who builds their day around coffee, the first one in the morning, the mid-morning coffee with your colleagues

and then the post-lunch pick me up to help you get through until you get home or close your

laptop. Well, there's one man from one of the most famous coffee families in the world

who takes his daily coffee routine very seriously. My personal routine is when I wake up, I like to have three cups of

coffee in my kitchen. And then when I go to the office, maybe another couple of cups.

Giuseppe Lavatza is the great grandson of the founder of Levatsa Coffee, a company

that has been brewing espresso for more than 120 years.

With the name stamped on coffee packaging in more than 140 countries,

it's hard to ignore the impact this family's business has had on the coffee industry.

So what's his daily coffee routine?

He says it's all about balance and not just in the blend.

Sometimes I love to have a cappuccino with some friends that come and visiting me.

And sometimes after a long day, even an Americano.

Sometimes after a good dinner, I ask if I can have a drink coffee. I like it because it's very gentle and I stay at the table

with my friends and talking a little bit, different things, mainly in soccer because, you know,

in Italy as in UK, soccer is part of our lifestyle exactly as coffee is.

And before you ask me, the answer is no.

Giuseppe is not committing a mortal Italian sin

by drinking a cafe Americano after dinner.

Now, if he was drinking a cappuccino,

that would be a different story.
