Today's guest is a woman whose journey has been incredibly challenging, and yet she is one

of the most optimistic and

forceful people that I think I've ever spoken to. Welcome to the Power Hour, Lauren Murrell.

Thank you so much for having me. Great to be here, Adrian. I'm really looking forward to this

conversation, Lauren, because you and I connected earlier this year, and I sure you remember you know we had a conversation we

both had quite a lot to say and even though we've had some very very different experiences and very

different challenges I'd say it kind of felt to me like there was this shared knowledge or this

shared feeling that maybe like a similar mindset and an outlook on life.

Would you agree?

Very much. Yeah. I think that I will always remember that conversation. We could have spoken

for hours. I think our journeys have been so distinct and separate, but so many shared

learnings, such a similar approach to challenges that, yeah,

made me feel like I've known you for a really long time. Yeah, exactly the same. And so I mentioned

in the introduction that the, you know, the importance of resilience and mindset in life-changing
