that. I want to shine a spotlight on an organisation called Spiral. They are based in Brixton

and they are creating a positive impact, supporting young people and providing opportunities and

spaces for them to thrive. Spiral first started in 2015 with a mission to create a more inclusive society where every

young person has the opportunity to develop their essential skills and confidence, to connect

to exciting opportunities and to feel empowered to make a difference in their community.

So since then, they have grown significantly reaching over 800 young people

and delivering more than a thousand hours of service annually, which is really, really impactful.

Spirals programs span from employability and work experience to mentoring and events,

all designed to accelerate skill development. And in

fact, Spiral helps young people develop essential skills over three times the rate of schools. They

proudly champion youth work both locally and nationally. And now their focus is on empowering

tomorrow's leaders through a transformative new youth hub in Brixton.
