Hey friends, welcome back to another episode of Theology and the raw. My guest today is my friend,

Dr. Muntur Isak, who is a Palestinian pastor, theologian, author, and activist. He has an M.A.

from Westminster Theological Seminary and a PhD from the Oxford Center for Mission Studies. He

pastors the Evangelical Lutheran Christmas Church in Bethlehem and the Lutheran Church in

Bates, Sehor, both in the West Bank. He's also the academic dean of Bethlehem Bible College,

and he's written several books, including the recently released Christ in the Rubble,

Faith, the Bible, and the Genocide in Gaza. It is an amazing book. I had the opportunity

to read an early copy of the book and write an endorsement. And the last line of my endorsement

says this. It is quite simply the most important book of our generation. I truly believe that.
