I would advise to step back from this daily grind potentially, and I think that's where

you have the head space to think of it. My wife and me took a two months off, went to Australia

in a camper van, and considered what do we want from life. And at that point, we basically said,

we're going to quit the jobs we can't. I was one year away from making a partner.
