the show is Christina Lopez. She is a life coach, a spiritual teacher.

She is an author and she has a background in neuropediatrics. So she has a really good awareness for the mind, the body, the connection, and really how to process things. I've been watching her on YouTube for a long time and she has a lot of great content. She really explains how when she

had her spiritual awakening that it was something that she tried to justify from

this clinical mind of like okay I'm having a psychotic breakdown.

And so she explains that story really well.

You know, her background is science and it's like the practical,

the accessible, the tangible, and she was broken open into this spiritual

world of so much more information than what we can see.

So the first thing I asked her to do is to explain what is spiritual.

I truly like think this is one of the one of the best

episodes I have done about spirituality and about the process and the and the way that we experience it and what we go through. It's super comprehensive,

super accessible and I've watched and read a lot of stuff when it comes to spirituality and the process and I've experienced a lot.

But I learned a lot today.

You know, if I can come away with even like one thing that I've never heard I always feel like that was really cool and interesting. I'm so grateful for that experience, but there was many things today.

Christina is just a really helpful teacher.
