To attract high performers, they've got to be around other high performers.

I think, in my opinion, that matters more than obviously the competition needs to be in the same

ballpark.

I think that is the thing that attracts and retains high performers, is knowing that

there's a culture of having really

high talent density that is a higher talent density of performance than other places they could go.

To me, that has actually been being around other high performers is, I think, more important in decision-making for people to come to a company than,

then, and this may be a bit controversial, but then mission and and compensation.
