Hello and the Red Box Politics Podcast in The Times I'm Matt Jolly.

Yes, the podcast continues, albeit with me trying to pull the string tight between the yogurt cartons to make sure

that we can speak to all of the guests that you would usually find on the Red Box podcast, trying to make sense of an

increasingly senseless world.

Before we get stuck into this week's episode, I just want to say a massive thank

to everyone who's been in touch in the last week or so about the podcast.

You've all said very nice things which I'm it would be embarrassing to

read them all out but a thank you to everyone who's posted comments on iTunes

we've been reading them all it's been lovely I'm glad that you're enjoying the

podcast and we're bringing you a reason to be cheerful in amongst all of the doom and gloom.

but a special hello to half woman, half

minced pie on Twitter who not only said that the Reasons to Be Cheerful podcast cheered her up

while cleaning the bathroom and realizing that we're all going through the same thing

but she also recruited a new subscriber Jan Bird who's now signed up and subscribed so

welcome along thank you for joining us and why not do the same thing if you think you know

someone who would enjoy listening to the Red Box podcast to help while away the hours of

self-isolation at home.
