letting go process, grieving process

of losses and disconnections,

whether through death or through,

as we become over time separated from the love.

As the Buddha said in life,

no matter how we live it,

there will be old age sickness, death, sorrow lamentation, there will be not getting

what we want, being separated from the loved and being stuck with people that we don't love so much.

That's the first noble truth. Nothing we can do about it comes with the package of life itself. So I'm going to talk about what complicates the grieving process or the letting go process. And then we'll have a meditation that will use some of the insights developed in a very interesting way. I'll tell a little bit about that story and then we'll practice the meditation and then we'll have time to share and talk about whatever questions or thoughts you might have.
