Hey all the all welcome back to Better Tomorrow with Hannah Brown I am so excited about our guest today

at 30 years old American gymnast Sean Johnson East has accomplished a lifetime of achievements that include

Olympic medals a New York Times best-selling book time of achievements that include Olympic Medals,

a New York Times best selling book,

several businesses, a career in broadcast,

and a Mirror Bowl trophy after winning Dancing with the Stars.

Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Sean's girl next door charm led her to be named America Sweetheart.

After retiring from gymnastics in 2012, Sean made appearances on several TV shows, including the apprentice and adventure capitalist.

Sean married Andrew East with whom she has documented her life with on their shared

YouTube channel which has over 405 million views and a

podcast which has climbed to number two on the overall charts. I had the best time interviewing Sean today. She was just honestly the dream

guests to have especially being new to this. We had so much to talk about, we had a lot of

things in common, we talk about obviously not this in common, her being one of the most accomplished gymnast in history.

And what that all entailed growing up in that lifestyle,

we talked about what is what was so great about that, but also some of the things

that were really hard.

We talked about body image, which I think we both connected with having struggles in that and how she has been able to combat that.

She actually really inspired me and how I can continue to, I don't want to say, yeah, I guess recover and really love on my body and she's just really inspiring. We talk about how she has transitioned from her life

as a gymnast to now as a mom and social media content creator.
