Hey y'all welcome back to Better Tomorrow. I just want to first say thank you so much for supporting the launch last week listening to episode one and two.

It was so great to see how much you guys are loving it, giving me feedback on what you love,

what you would like to hear.

It means the world to me.

I was so nervous leading up to last week.

I don't know, there was just a lot of nerves of wondering what

y'all are going to think and as soon as the episodes were out and you guys were

listening and me feedback I just felt like, okay, I can do this. This week we have Jamielin Spears on and I'm so excited for y'all to get to

know a little bit more about her.

Jamie Lynn and I met when we both were a part of Special Forces together. I don't want to say competed because it was

definitely not competing against each other. It was such a social experiment and we got to

learn about each other in such a unique way. You don't get to know people that intensely in such a sort

amount of time and anything in the real world. When I was thinking about people

that I wanted on

that I felt like had a bigger story

than I feel like what was out there.

Jamie Lynn was the first to come to mind

because I definitely had some preconceived conceptions about who she is and

she was one of the people in my life that I can say made me have a complete 180 once I got to know them about what I believe

to be true about who they are in their character and we definitely get to see that I feel like

in this conversation of just how definitely authentic she is.

And I will say, I will say, because Jamie Lynn is like the best mom ever as her
