1:57.0 | with just trying to cope with anxiety and trying to do the things we need to do each day, be a parent, a partner, go to work, all the things we need to do |
2:05.7 | with anxiety, dragging along or putting us in this fog of overwhelm. And it's very easy to defer getting help or seeking support, |
