But before we dive into that, just wanted to stop in and say hello to Denise. We've been so busy. You and I have hardly had a chance to catch up.

1:02.9	is phenomenal. It never, ever ceases to amaze me. Well, this is your class on ancestor work, right?
1:12.6	Right. And I can't believe we're almost halfway through it already. But once again, Spirit has brought together the group of people
1:19.5	that were most meant to be there. And it's a really, really amazing situation. But a lot of this stuff
1:25.5	coming through, I was joking the other day. And I said, oh, holy shit, this is way above my pay grade. I don't know where this is coming from. But it's just some of the exercises that are coming through for us to do. And there's one that it will be coming up in the next module that we're going to do. And I did it myself to practice.

1:50.5	And it was to meet an ancestor and a mother, like a grandmother or a grandfather, not literally.
