0:05.2	Well, let's address that question by having Rebecca on the show to talk about where the hell she has been.

0:38.0	Ooy! Oh, Bellas, thanks for asking. These are trying times. It's not easy. It's not easy to balance
0:48.3	converting your business. It's not easy to parent a teen who's lost everything that care about. It's not easy to support your partner who's also trying to convert their business completely online and that's and we're all healthy and
1:05.7	we've got housing and food and none of us work in direct line health care or in a factory or have to get in their cars
1:16.7	and bring meals to people. So yeah, it's heavy, it's real. Ed had a question specifically about your son who has ADHD.
1:27.4	He says, as a family with a son with ADHD, how are you coping with this quarantine situation?
1:34.8	It's really, really hard, really. So the best of us I got was from my friend who works in
1:41.7	older young adults special education and she said make a post put have a
1:49.2	note every day that's got four things on it and just hope that those four things get done and they can be really
1:55.2	simple like brush your teeth and go out for a bike ride. So that was working great for a while but we just got we live in Seattle and schooling
2:06.1	just started up this week and it's amazing if you have if you spend any time
2:11.6	with ADHD folks, you know, like what a transition that most people
2:16.0	could kind of roll with and figure out, for someone with ADHD, it's like as if you've stranded them on a foreign planet.
2:25.7	So with the online education of Seattle public schools
2:29.8	and you know, no one knows what they're doing
2:32.0	and the spaces are chaotic online.
