Find your comfortable sitting position.

Whatever position has been working best for you.

Whatever makes you feel like you have the formus foundation, the most natural flow from the ground or from whatever you're lying on or resting on

upwards through your body. As you find yourself getting comfortable and feeling settled, just begin by taking a few breaths.

Slow, nice gentle breath in.

And to exhale, you just let your chest fall. Oh.

Another nice slow gentle breath then.

And release, relax and let your chest fall.

Now start as you breathe as you exhale, relaxing all the parts of your body.

As you breathe out, you let your shoulders relax, you let your legs relax, your hands holding your form. Chest forward, shoulders back.

Spine flows upward out of the body.
