Hello and welcome to this special bonus episode of the Manifest podcast this week.

Sometimes I like to release a sneaky Monday episode if you will because I have something

that I really feel inspired to share with this community.

And today's episode is extra special because I am sitting in the beautiful sunshine in

Sag Harbor, New York.

And if you guys have listened to the show for an extended period of time, you know that

I absolutely love the Hamptons.

And it was just last week that my husband Sean and I decided to pack up all of our things

and go on an impromptu vacation and we're here for at least three weeks and we may extend

our stay.

We're not sure yet, but this is such a great place for us to not only recalibrate, but

to launch new projects out into the world.

And so I'll be talking a little bit about what's next for us after I discuss today's topic

and today's theme, which is this, creating a life you love beyond social media.

And this is a really important topic because in this episode, I'll explore the challenge

of balancing feelings of envy and gratitude when scrolling through social media because

we all have those people we follow who seem to have the perfect life.

And it's really easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to them on our own journeys.

But is it possible that watching someone else's life can manifest similar things in our

own?
