different from many of the episodes that I've created before because I am diving into quite a

controversial topic. And by controversial, I mean that it is, there's old school and new school

thoughts around artificial intelligence and the progression of technology. But recently,

I've been thinking about this a lot because there's a lot of fear around it and yet there's a lot

of creative excitement around the potential that artificial intelligence will have in our lives,

both personally and professionally. And I saw this incredible social media piece of content

from Gary Vaynerchuk, who is an expert in the field of social media and business creation.

I followed him forever. In fact, he was one of my first friends and we chatted back in the day

when Twitter just started back in 2008. He was one of the OG social media people back then.

And so I always listen and pay attention to the predictions that he has because so far over the years,

many of the things that he has proclaimed have come true. I mean, we're taking this back

back to 2008, which is, oh my goodness, 15 years. So really thinking about artificial intelligence

and what he said was this. He said that if you are reluctant to try it or to experiment with it

or to embrace it as progressive technology, then you will be left behind. So that really leaves

two choices. You can either lean in with curiosity or you can go, I'm not going here. This is too

scary for me. I'm going to shut down. So I wrote an article about this recently actually
