Tell us a little bit about when you study the lean process

and where you've come from and where you're going

with the whole thing.

OK, well, first of all, Tommy, I'm actually out of Washington.

And Washington State, and we actually just

had a team from Honduras come to our company for the last two days

and the cool thing is their lives were totally changed they make children's magnetic blocks

and it's so cool to see people transform when they understand what we're doing so i learned about

lean tommy in about 2000 three years after my started, I had a couple of young kids who were

translators in Japan and speak fluent Japanese come into my facility and basically tell me I didn't

know what I was doing. I was clueless. Now at this point, the important part of the story is
