And it's really kind of hush-hush, but I feel like I should say it anyway.

I am in the process of becoming a real estate agent, believe it or not.

Obviously, I'm not one yet.

I haven't taken the test yet, so this is all preliminary.

But I'm in the process of becoming one.

And I'll be an agent down here in Mobile, Alabama,

Baldwin County as well.

So you think Hope Shore is orange, Beach, Fair Hope.

Huge, huge spot for short-term rentals,

for flipping houses, or even just long-term rentals.

Any kind of investment property you can think of, as well as, you know,

most of our commercial portfolios down here as well.
