Today, as you saw from the topic, I'm sure drew you in to hear what I had to say today.

We are going to be talking about AI.

What kind of AI?

Well, the AI that everyone else is talking about, artificial intelligence, chat, GPT.

I'm going to join the bandwagon.

We're going to talk a little bit about some of the benefits that could potentially come from using AI.

Now, there's some potential pitfalls as well.

We're not going to dive into all the pitfalls today.

We're just going to talk about what some of the benefits could be if you were decided to utilize chat GPT in your business.

Now, myself and my business partners are in the process of actually playing around with some different automations, some different systems, some different ways that we can streamline acquisitions, property management, variety of different things in our business to make things easy.

That's what artificial intelligence is for us to streamline processes and prevent you or your employees from having to spend the day to day minutia time taking taking time to do those tasks.

So I wanted to talk today about what some of those pros were.

We're going to kind of breeze through these little bit.

So the number one is enhancing customer experience with instant support.

Right. And chat GPT isn't necessarily the first thing that's allowing people to do this, but it's another resource that is able to be directly integrated with you and your business that allows allows for that possibility.

The first and most important way chat GPT can transform multifamily real estate industry is by providing instant 24 seven customer support.

And we're waiting on hold, dealing with unanswered emails, property managers can integrate chat GPT into their websites, apps, or even messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Slack, allowing perspective and existing residents to get instant answers.

Obviously help number two streamlining lease application approval process.

With chat GPT gone are the days of tedious paperwork and long processing times the AI can assist real estate and the lease application process by prescreening potential tenants collecting necessary documents answering any questions they might have.

But automating these tasks are property managers will be able to save time to be able to reduce the cost, increase the efficiency of the leasing process some of the things we're kind of playing around with a little bit.

Automating rent collections and reminders now there's a lot of tools and resources that already do this, but chat GPT is yet another one that allows you to do that at a very efficient rate.
