What is happening, everybody?

Welcome back to this week's segment of the No Limit Minute.

Talking about something really exciting today,

it's just going to be creative financing 101.

So really what I wanted to do was just cover a couple of options,

a couple of different creative ways that you can get deals financed.

And then what the financing of that of a deal put together through that way

actually looks like, that was kind of a tongue twister, but we figured it out.

So we're going to go through eight different methods of what this actually looks like.

So the first one is just bread and butter, what everyone has heard,

probably 100,000, 2,000 times, and that's seller financing.

So what does that actually mean?

What does that look like?

Well, seller financing is the most basic form.

It's just the seller holding the note for the loan itself.

And using that as the no banks are involved,

you're literally just putting together some form of an agreement direct to this

seller and they are financing your property.

There's a wide variety of different ways that you can actually accomplish this.

You could do kind of like a hybrid deal where you stack it together,

where you assume a loan and you do the seller financing on top of it.

You could do, if there's no loan to assume,
